Return Policy
• All items must be returned in resell-able condition within 14 days of receipt, unless specified in the listing. Physically damaged items cannot be returned.
• All sales are final on consummable goods such as media, ink ribbons, paper, recordable media tapes, blank discs/disks, hard drives, and any use-once items. No exchange and No refunds will be given.
• 25% restocking fee on all non-defective items and shipping charged is non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• For credit or refund on returns, the shipping/handling charges will be deducted. For items originally shipped under the "Free Shipping" promotion via Fedex or UPS Ground, a 10% charge will be deducted from the latest item price(s) to cover the promotional shipping charge.
• All returns need a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will need to be shown on the outside of the package box. Please contact the seller via email ( [email protected] ) to get the RMA number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number
• All claims for shortage, manufacturer defect, or shipment error must be made within the first 3 days of arrival.
• All RMA numbers must be visable on the outside of the packaging box or it will be refused and return back to the sender. Please contact our service depart at [email protected] to request RMA numbers
• If the package is accepted, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for Dupicators Central to file a proper claim. Save the merchandise AND the original box and packing it arrived in. Then notify Duplicators Central immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection. If Duplicators Central is not notified of all damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our normal return policy will override any claim of damage, and the product will fall under all current manufacturer policy, warranty, and restrictions.
• We cannot cross-ship under any circumstances. Items must be return to us before another shipment can be made.
• We, Duplicators Central reserves the right to swap with the equivalent product for all replacements and exchanges in the event Duplicators Central is in an unable situation to supply with the same products.
Shipping Info
• Shipping method for Standard and Expedited shipment for 48 Continental States will be UPS.
• For PO Boxes, HI and AK, shipments will be through USPS.
• Marketplace Shipping Times When you order a Marketplace item, sellers ship items within two business days of the completed order. Shipping times for Marketplace items are as follows:
Standard Shipping: 3 to 9 business days
• Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to be process. Up to 5 business days for any shipment over 50lbs or special orders. We will notify customer if it will take up to 5 days for these special order items. Otherwise, all orders will be ship out within 1-2 business days.
• Address corrections made while in transit will be an additional expense of $10.00 to the credit card holder as we incur charges from the shipping carrier for the service (address corrections cannot be made for USPS). That will be charge for any orders that changed address during transit.
• We will only ship to the verified billing address of the credit card holder. We cannot ship to a forwarding address or an alternate address. Any changes to the address made without authorization will be charge the additional fee of $10 as stated above for the address change.
• For the customer's protection, we only ship to the verified billing address of the cardholder. No change of address can be made.
• Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 25% or $30.00 restocking fee, whichever greater, in addition to the applicable shipping expenses, insurance fees, and any losses incurred by Duplicators Central.
• All shipments are insured and guaranteed against theft, loss, and damage. We, Duplicators Central will not be responsible, however, for any damage, loss, or expenses arising from delays in shipment or other non-performance of the sale by or imposed by: acts of God, riots, natural disasters, fires, strikes, governmental action, or any other cause outside the control of Duplicators Central
Tax Policy
California state residents and all shipments to Califronia are subject to 8.75% sales tax. New Jersey is subjected to 7% sales Tax.
